Oliver
Brecht

Oliver’s dynamic and innovative approach is focused on delivering solutions for his clients. Since joining Veretis, he has broadly expanded the scope of services on offer and provides the link many organisations need to communicate with, and understand the next generation.

Oliver has worked across major culture enhancement, team development and leadership development initiatives with a number of high-profile organisations and individual clients across Australia. He has accreditation in the Human Synergistic suite of individual, team and organisational tools.

Since joining Veretis, Oliver has worked extensively with the players and coaching staff at the Sydney Swans AFL and Sydney Roosters NRL clubs. Oliver has provided personal coaching and team development initiatives to players and coaches within these teams, and regularly provides support to jockeys across NSW and the ACT.

Oliver completed his Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of South Australia before returning to Sydney and completing his Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Wollongong. During this time Oliver also volunteered as a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter, worked as a Blackdog R.E.A.C.H facilitator and completed a placement with NSW Corrective Services.

Grant
Brecht

As the founding director of CORPsych and Insight Elite Performance Psychology, Grant has over 35 years’ experience building his own businesses and working with clients such as Deloitte, SAP, Apple, Optus, GlaxoSmithkline, Westpac, Merck Sharpe & Dohme, Lion and Sanitarium Health Care.

A background in Clinical, Organisational and elite Sport Psychology have allowed Grant to successfully coach and guide executives, leaders, teams and whole organisations through positive transformational change. This has resulted in enhanced individual, team and organisational outcomes. Grant’s extensive experience coupled with his energy and enthusiastic passion helps to motivate clients, in particular, towards elite performances and sustainable levels of success across all aspects of their lives. Grant is an ardent advocate of people learning strategies and techniques to build resilience levels in order to enhance self-efficacy. He utilises positive and performance psychology techniques in his work, which aids individuals to set a course and become the very best version of themselves.

Grant is the author of six books and has presented workshops, keynotes and conference presentations across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, America, China and South East Asia.

1979

Our Managing Director, Grant Brecht, began providing corporate and clinical psychology services

1994

Grant founded CORPsych, one of the first Australian Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), along with leadership, team and organisational culture enhancement programs

2003

CORPsych was acquired by an international investor, with Grant maintaining a decade-long legacy of never losing an EAP client

2005

Grant established Grant Brecht & Associates (GB&A), a corporate psychology consultancy which developed a client base in Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia

2013

GB&A renamed to Insight Elite Performance Psychology (IEPP). Oliver Brecht joined the team, expanding the scope of services IEPP offered and providing the link organisations needed to understand and communicate with the next generation

2019

IEPP became Veretis, with a mission to help individuals, teams and organisations thrive by liberating success.
