Psychosocial Risk & Safety

Facilitate the evolution of workplace culture and productivity, while also addressing psychosocial risks.

Our Psychosocial Risk & Safety Program (PRSP)

On average, work-related psychological injuries have longer recovery times, higher costs, and require more time away from work. Managing the risks associated with psychological hazards not only protects workers, but also decreases the disruption associated with staff turnover, and absenteeism, and may improve organisational performance and productivity.

At Veretis, we leverage our expertise in psychology to focus on psychosocial health and safety. Our strategic approach is designed to facilitate the evolution of workplace culture and productivity, while also addressing psychosocial risks.

PRSP Process

  • Our team works with your organisation to identify psychological hazards through collaborative exercises and a series of psychometric questionnaires.

  • Our team will work closely with your organisation to understand:

    • the route causes of the psychological risks

    • the difference between actual and perceived risks

    • assessing the urgency and action required to mitigate risk

The surveys will provide a clear baseline to inform the nature and structure of the program. It can also be used for monitoring throughout and after the program's conclusion.

  • Leveraging our expertise in psychology, our team collaborates with senior leadership and human resources to develop solutions that effectively manage and control identified hazards.

  • Our coaches will then devise monthly, quarterly and yearly action plans to maintain constructive psychosocial hazard reduction and increased education.

  • By consistently utilising psychometric testing and re-testing, our team can effectively communicate improvements in psychosocial health and safety and adjust strategies as needed.
