Edrei Cullen

Edrei is an approachable and highly skilled psychologist, where prior to becoming a psychologist, Edrei worked for 20 years in the music, film, TV, and publishing industries. The well-being of creative individuals over the course of their careers, with a balance to be struck between the creative journey and a public profile, was core to her focus. She now employs evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to guide and equip individuals and teams with tools for well-being and positive mental health. While she comes from a self-compassionate, solution-focused, mindfulness perspective, her approach is tailored to every individual’s and organisation’s specific needs and values. 

Prior to becoming a psychologist, Edrei worked for 20 years in the music, film, TV, and publishing industries. Edrei utilises this experience to provide valuable support to creative organisations seeking to build a culture that supports both mental well-being and creativity. She understands the connections between these two elements and works to develop effective solutions that addresses unique challenges and needs.

Edrei completed her Master of Professional Psychology at Macquarie University. She is a registered psychologist with experience providing psychological therapy to diverse populations across the lifespan. She seeks to help people increase their emotional-regulation and tolerance, communication, and self-awareness skills, where overall Edrei is committed to helping people build meaningful, value-driven lives.
